Who we are

Surface coatings for medical devices

Lynk Solutec is a medical device surface coating company founded in July 2020. We develop LYNKCOAT, our proprietary coating platform, to address contaminant adhesion and friction on medical device surfaces.

We connect coating research with medical device development, working with clinicians and manufacturers to bring the technology to new applications.

Core technology

LYNKCOAT

A liquid interface designed to reduce adhesion and friction

LYNKCOAT forms a liquid lubricant film on the device surface. The film reduces direct contact between the solid surface and contaminants such as blood, mucus and bacteria.

We tailor coating conditions to the substrate, geometry and conditions of use, then evaluate surface performance for the intended application.
